Reports

The Primary Planning Tool allows the principal to gain insight into submitted plans and reports from teachers. Principals can view and print their teachers Long-term Plans, Short-term Plans and Cuntais Míosúla. You can also generate a comprehensive curriculum planning coverage report, clearly showing which content objectives from the NCCA curriculum have been taught.

Cuntais Míosúla & Plans

You can access each of teachers plans within under the Cuntais Míosúla and plans section of the “Admin Mode”. You will be able to have an in-depth view of class plans throughout the year by simply clicking on the top which reports you wish to view. This tool will also allow you to print and export all your teacher’s plans if necessary, especially in the case of a Whole-School inspection. In addition, any updates made to the plans will be automatically reflected in your view.

Reports

You can also generate a comprehensive school-wide report which gives you a quick overview of the content objectives which have been planned and taught. This provides an invaluable overview of Whole-School Plan implementation and class progress throughout the school year. Therefore ensuring that you are further engaged with teachers and pupils.

Staff

This section of the Primary Planning Tool also enables principals to add, update or edit teachers information. You can do this by selecting “edit user” button, located under each teacher. Here you can update a teacher’s name, email and the class levels which they can access curriculum content from. Similarly, you can create a new user by selecting “Add Teacher” in the top left-hand corner.
